Shipping Policy

Before ordering sauces, gift packs or other items, check the delivery services offered for your destination in checkout. Availability and charges depend on the address and the contents of your order; a product listing does not establish worldwide delivery.

Two stages of delivery

Normal preparation takes about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. After dispatch, estimated transportation takes another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable public holidays are excluded. These estimates are separate and are not a promise of delivery on a particular date.

Address and shipment updates

Review your street, apartment or unit, ZIP code and contact information before payment. Tell us promptly about an error, although changes may be impossible once packing or dispatch has begun. Use the tracking information supplied when available; carrier scans may not appear immediately.

Weather, carrier interruptions and busy periods can cause delays. If tracking stalls, a parcel goes missing, or a delivered parcel cannot be found, email designopen7711@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Check the delivery area and ask household members while the matter is investigated.

Keep damaged packaging and photograph affected items. For damaged or otherwise incorrect goods, consult our Refund Policy and request help within 30 calendar days after delivery. Shipping charges and any taxes displayed at checkout should be reviewed before you authorize payment.
