How do I choose a sauce?

Compare the product descriptions, heat categories and pack details. Check any ingredient or warning information supplied on the listing before ordering; do not assume every sauce has the same recipe.

When will my order arrive?

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for processing after successful payment authorization, then 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count. These are estimates. Destination availability and shipping costs appear at checkout; our Shipping Policy explains delivery issues and tracking.

Can I return a flavor I do not like?

Our voluntary policy does not cover changed minds, personal preferences or incorrectly selected options. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods can be reported within 30 calendar days after delivery. Obtain approval before returning anything. Legal rights remain protected.

How long does an approved refund take?
